Onboarding Specialist (Allstate Experience Required)
We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Specialist to support two high-performing Allstate agencies. In this role, you will play a key part in creating a seamless and positive experience for new clients while ensuring accuracy and identifying opportunities to better serve their insurance needs.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, has strong attention to detail, and understands how to turn new business into long-term relationships. This position is open to both local and remote candidates.
Compensation:
- $20–$25 per hour, based on experience
- Bonus opportunities available
Position Overview:
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will assist with the transition of new clients into the agency by reviewing policies, ensuring accuracy, and helping deliver a smooth onboarding experience. You will also identify coverage gaps and additional opportunities to support clients from the start.
Responsibilities:
- Review new policies for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure all client information is entered correctly and documentation is finalized
- Support a smooth and professional onboarding experience for new customers
- Identify potential coverage gaps or additional product opportunities
- Communicate with internal team members to resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain organized and accurate records within agency systems
Qualifications:
- Previous Allstate experience is required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable reviewing policies and identifying coverage needs
