Duties
- Lead the design and implementation of Okta IAM solutions across customer web and mobile environments.
- Integrate cloud and on-premises applications with Okta for centralized authentication and authorization.
- Lead migrations from Active Directory (AD)/LDAP to Okta, including user lifecycle management and identity federation.
- Configure and manage SSO, MFA, Adaptive MFA, and Conditional Access policies.
- Partner with application, security, infrastructure, and development teams to deliver secure IAM solutions.
- Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, federation, and provisioning issues.
Required Skills
- Strong Okta IAM experience.
- Hands-on experience with SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SCIM.
- Experience with SSO, MFA, Adaptive MFA, and Conditional Access.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP.
- Experience with identity federation, user lifecycle management, and application provisioning.
- Experience integrating web and mobile applications with Okta.
- Cloud and on-premises application integration experience.
Experience
- Enterprise IAM architecture and implementation experience.
- Experience leading Okta implementations and AD/LDAP-to-Okta migrations.
- Strong troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $104,000 to $118,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
