The OHI Specialist / Associate will support OHI operations by managing assigned work accurately, responsibly, and from intake through completion. This person will be expected to demonstrate strong accountability, attention to detail, and ownership of their workload.

The role involves handling PHI, so the ideal candidate must be trustworthy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with sensitive healthcare information. Success in this position will require professionalism, reliability, strong follow-through, and the ability to operate within established healthcare processes.

Prior OHI experience

Claims or payer operations experience

Prior experience working with systems used in payer or claims environments

Must be located in one of the following states:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, VA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
