This is a great opportunity for an entry-level candidate who enjoys working with people, is coachable, and is driven to succeed. Insurance experience is not required—we're more interested in finding someone who is a great fit for our team and excited to learn.

What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist customers with their insurance needs.
- Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person.
- Learn about insurance products and help customers understand their options.
- Support the team with customer service, sales, and general office responsibilities.
- Follow up with customers and prospective clients.
- Identify opportunities to help customers with additional products and services.
- Maintain accurate customer information and documentation.
- Learn agency systems and processes.
- Work with teammates to achieve individual and agency goals.
What We're Looking For

- Previous sales, customer service, retail, or insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
- P&C license is a plus, but the agency will pay for licensing for the right candidate.
