Eco Property Maintenance is a fast growing, systems driven landscape maintenance company based in North Vancouver. We specialize in strata and commercial maintenance & Snow Removal, delivering consistent, high-quality service across the entire Lower Mainland.


We are not a typical landscaping company. 


We are building a scalable, process driven operation with strong leadership, accountability, industry leading organization plus tech and clear standards. Our goal is to grow a business that runs on systems, people, and performance AND rewards it key contributors.

This is not just admin work. This is an operations role responsible for keeping the company
organized, efficient, and moving forward. You will manage systems, support field operations,
and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities
• Support field coordination / Contract Invoicing
• Payroll preparation, timesheet review, and data accuracy
• Bookkeeping support (QuickBooks, job costing, expenses)
• Account receivable / Payable duties
• Client communication (emails, calls, follow-ups)
• Organize and improve internal systems and processes
• Support hiring, onboarding, and documentation
• Coordinate internal events and client touch points
• Maintain organized digital files and workflows

What We’re Looking For
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Strong tech skills (QuickBooks, Google Drive, apps)
• Independent and proactive mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in admin/operations (required)
