Odoo Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, Odoo-certified developer to lead the development, customization, and optimization of Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in Odoo, a strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (Community & Enterprise)
  

• Lead Odoo implementations, upgrades, and migrations
  

• Customize core modules such as Accounting, Sales, CRM, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing, and Projects
  

• Develop and maintain custom addons using Python and Odoo ORM
  

• Design and customize QWeb reports, views, and workflows
  

• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems using REST APIs
  

• Optimize performance, security, and scalability of Odoo instances
  

• Provide technical guidance and code reviews for junior developers
  

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  

• Prepare technical documentation and deployment guides
  

• Support UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live support
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Odoo Certification (required)
  

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo development
  

• Strong expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript
  

• Solid experience with Odoo framework, ORM, and module architecture
  

• Experience with Odoo.sh, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
  

• Strong understanding of ERP and business processes
  

• Experience with Odoo versions 14, 15, 16, or 17
  

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
