Position Overview We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide part-time coverage during nights, weekends, or both. This role is ideal for providers looking for: Supplemental income Flexible scheduling Reduced administrative burden High-impact clinical work Schedule Options Nights (after-hours coverage) Weekends (day and/or call coverage) Combination of both Flexible shifts based on your availability What You’ll Do Provide on-call and urgent care support for ALF/SNF patients Manage acute changes in condition via: Telehealth Phone triage Facility collaboration Coordinate with facility staff and nursing teams Document encounters in our EHR (Ethizo) Ensure high-quality, compliant clinical decision-making Qualifications Certification as a physician assistant or nurse practitioner. Comfortable making decisions and solving problems. Work with confidence and dexterity. Fluent in HIPAA protocols and practices. Experience interacting with patients  Sound attention to detail and judgment.
