We are currently seeking a full time Nurse and Clinical Recruiter to support our internal travel team, the Centurion Eagles. This position is fully remote.
The Travel Team Nursing and Clinical Recruiter is responsible for the recruitment and hiring of Nurses, Mental Health Professionals, and other Allied Health (non-prescribing) healthcare professionals. You will develop comprehensive recruiting plans utilizing a variety of recruiting methods to generate interested candidates for your program and territory. You will also support and work collaboratively with the programs and hiring managers to fulfill their staffing needs. In addition, the recruiters work as a team member within the recruiting department to further the goals and objectives of the department. The primary role for this position is to provide support to our travel team. This includes recruiting travel nurses, coordinating their assignments with hiring managers and communicating as required with our travel team.
Qualifications
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in nursing and/or mental healthcare recruiting required
Displays "thinking outside the box" mentality by exploring creative ideas/tools to attract qualified candidates
Correctional healthcare recruiting preferred, not required
A successful track record of healthcare recruiting experience
Previous travel recruiting or staffing experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills is essential.
Excellent attention to detail
Solid work ethic, self-motivation, and good organizational skills
Must have excellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with applicant tracking systems
