What You'll Do
Client Support & Service
- Meet with clients through Zoom and virtual platforms
- Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
- Educate clients on products and services
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and understanding
- Assist clients with applications and required documentation
Relationship Building
- Establish trust through professionalism and communication
- Maintain ongoing client relationships
- Provide personalized support and guidance
- Deliver a positive client experience from start to finish
Professional Development
- Participate in training and mentorship programs
- Attend virtual team meetings and coaching sessions
- Continue developing communication and client service skills
