As a Remote Client Representative, you'll meet with clients virtually through secure Zoom appointments, helping families understand available benefits and make informed decisions.

What You'll Do

Client Support & Service

• Meet with clients through Zoom and virtual platforms
• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
• Educate clients on products and services
• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and understanding
• Assist clients with applications and required documentation

Relationship Building

• Establish trust through professionalism and communication
• Maintain ongoing client relationships
• Provide personalized support and guidance
• Deliver a positive client experience from start to finish

Professional Development

• Participate in training and mentorship programs
• Attend virtual team meetings and coaching sessions
• Continue developing communication and client service skills
• Stay current on products, systems, and best practices
