NOC Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ConnectWise RMM to meet client requirements.

• Design and deploy monitoring policies, automation workflows, and scripts.

• Develop and maintain PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripts to automate tasks.

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements and recommend best practices.

• Conduct audits of ConnectWise RMM configurations for compliance and performance.

• Troubleshoot RMM functionality, scripts, and integrations.

• Deliver training and support on ConnectWise RMM.

• Stay current with ConnectWise RMM updates and scripting technologies.

Skills & Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in ConnectWise RMM implementation and administration.

• Strong experience with ConnectWise RMM configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.

• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting.

• Experience with monitoring, automation workflows, and infrastructure management.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

• Legally authorized to work in India without sponsorship.

• Preferred: Ansible/Puppet, ConnectWise certification, Azure Administrator certification, MSP experience, or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT.
