The Network Engineer is responsible for the architecture, implementation, and troubleshooting of the firm's LAN/WAN infrastructure, including servers, security, and telephony. They also provide Tier 3 support, manage vendor relationships, and oversee network specialists.
Responsible for the architecture, implementation, support, monitoring and trouble-shooting of the Firm’s LAN/ WAN infrastructure. This includes all Intel servers, network security, remote access, and voice/data communications. This is a remote position for someone located in the Cleveland, OH area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience; equivalent combination of education, training and experience may substitute for education requirement.
TECHNICAL SKILLS: Specific technical skills required to perform the essential functions of the position.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Interpersonal communication skills necessary in order to maintain effective relationships with attorneys, clients and staff in person, by e-mail and telephone.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: A demonstrated ability to creatively diagnose and solve complex problems involving hardware, software and end users. A proven ability to lead and build consensus among peers and staff.

The expected annual salary for this position ranges is $70,000-85,000 a year. The salary offered will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to region, experience level, education/training, and relevant skills.
