NetSuite Project Manager

As a NetSuite Project Manager at Plative, you will support NetSuite ERP engagements and ad hoc projects, connecting customers with the right expertise to get more value from NetSuite. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role. You will provide clear leadership and accountability on high-profile projects.

Operating within the Pacific Time Zone, you will lead high-profile implementations from kickoff through rollout, driving stakeholder alignment, risk management, and delivery excellence at every step.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, building the relationship and keeping projects on schedule.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, align resources, and resolve competing priorities across projects.
• Follow Plative's delivery structure and project management methodology throughout implementation.
• Run business and project reviews that walk customers through proposed solutions.
• Report on budget, project status, risk, and escalations to customer and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate IT project teams so customer requirements translate cleanly into design specs, integrations, and data transfers.
• Advocate for the customer, resolving and managing escalations to keep satisfaction high.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites; most work happens remotely.
• Support NetSuite engagements across new implementations, enhancements, integrations, and ongoing support, including Salesforce build-out ownership when needed.
• Build and deliver presentations on technical concepts, work plans, delivery approach, milestones, and results for customer stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

• Full life-cycle NetSuite implementation experience across multiple industry verticals.
• 3+ years of project management experience in a consulting environment.
• 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite implementation experience.
• Strong skills in negotiation, vendor management, risk management, project financials, and KPI reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science, IT, or an MBA.
• Track record delivering complex NetSuite projects.
• CSM and SuiteFoundation certifications.
• AI-fluent: comfortable using AI tools to speed up design and delivery work, and willing to own the output, errors included.
