.NET Lead- Asset Finance

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs, Microservices, and cloud technologies.
• Building AI Agents using Github copilot and languages like Langchain and Langgraph
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Clients, Product Managers, PS Functional SMEs, and Architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Define application architecture, solution designs, integration patterns, and development standards.
• Review, refine, and estimate technical requirements, user stories, and development tasks.
• Drive sprint planning, technical backlog prioritization, and release planning activities.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
• Mentor and coach developers, fostering continuous learning and engineering excellence.
• Work closely with QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage, performance testing, and automation strategies.
• Partner with DevOps teams to establish CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release management processes.
• Monitor development progress, remove technical blockers, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and architecture governance meetings.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, reliability, and security requirements.
• Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of production issues.
• Drive modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, containerization, API-led integration, and platform enhancements.
• Play a pivotal role in implementing and enhancing Asset Finance (AAF) solutions and its various modules.
• Participate in client workshops, technical discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, and architecture reviews.
• Collaborate with system integration teams to design and implement interfaces between AAF and external platforms.
• Assist clients during data migration, reconciliation, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support Professional Services and Pre-Sales teams with technical solutioning, effort estimation, and client presentations.
• Research emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Gain a deep understanding of product strategy, industry trends, and client business objectives.

 

What You Bring

• Extensive experience in software development using C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, GitHub copilot, AI Agents using LangChain and LangGraph and RAG
• Strong expertise in designing and developing microservices-based architectures.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database design, performance tuning, and data integration.
• Experience with Github actions, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment processes.
• Excellent understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Experience leading technical teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Experience within Financial Services, Banking, Leasing, or Asset Finance domains is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with security, scalability, performance optimization, and enterprise integration patterns
