.NET Developer - Remote Work Type

About project: 

We are looking for a .NET Developer for our Polish client, a company specializing in delivering comprehensive IT solutions across various business sectors. Their systems are used by both Polish and international organizations.

This is a direct placement project - not outsourcing!

Responsibilities:

• As a .NET Developer you will be developing, enhancing, and maintaining .NET applications tailored to client-specific business requirements, ensuring high-quality and reliable software solutions;

• You will be participating in the localization and further development of business software, adapting existing functionalities to meet customer and market needs;

• You will be creating reporting solutions and working with business data, ensuring accurate information delivery and effective decision support;

• You will be working with relational databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server, designing and optimizing queries to support application performance and data integrity;

• You will be participating in ERP system implementation projects, supporting deployment activities and ensuring successful system adoption;

• You will be collaborating with consultants, business analysts, and business stakeholders, translating requirements into effective technical solutions and ensuring smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a .NET Developer, ensuring hands-on expertise in application development and maintenance;

• Knowledge of relational databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server, enabling efficient data management and application support;

• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code, ensuring long-term scalability and ease of maintenance;

• Experience with AI-powered development tools, enabling increased productivity and support for modern development practices;

• Good command of English, enabling effective communication within project teams and with stakeholders;

• Strong communication skills, teamwork mindset, and ability to work independently, ensuring effective collaboration and ownership of assigned tasks.

Nice to have:

• Experience with ERP projects or knowledge of business processes, enabling better understanding of enterprise software environments;

• Experience working directly with business clients, enabling effective communication and requirement gathering;

• Knowledge of system integrations, reporting solutions, or data analysis, enabling support for broader business and technical initiatives.

• Salary for work amounting to 14 000 – 16 500 + VAT on B2B;
