Job Summary
We are seeking an Advertising Sales Agent to join our team! As an Advertising Sales Agent, you will be making new connections to potential clients. You will also attend local or national networking events to make new connections and often work with other advertising agents to brainstorm and collaborate. The ideal candidate has experience in sales, exceptional communication skills, and works well both independently and in a team environment. 

Job Requirements

  • Prospect and close new business nationwide
  • Run discovery calls and lead consultative sales conversations
  • Identify client pain points and align TG solutions
  • Manage a full pipeline from first contact to signed agreement
  • Close retainers, projects, and long-term partnerships
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy
  • Coordinate handoff to account services post-close
  • Represent TG professionally in virtual and in-person settings
Required Experience

  • 3+ years of professional sales experience
  • Proven success closing services, retainers, or complex deals
  • Comfortable selling $25k–$250k+ engagements
  • Strong consultative and relationship-based sales style
  • Self-directed, disciplined, and outcome-driven
  • Comfortable working commission-only

This is a remote position.
