The National Campus Programs Manager supports the strategic growth and execution of collegiate and high school fundraising programs, including Dance Marathon and other peer-to-peer initiatives. This role collaborates with student leaders, campus advisors, and hospital program directors across an assigned territory to drive fundraising success and champion CMN’s mission.
Core Duties
Portfolio Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with campus partners including student leadership, advisors, and hospital program staff to support successful execution of fundraising events and campaigns.
Fundraising Strategy Execution – Implement national fundraising strategies within an assigned territory and support student-led initiatives through coaching, strategic consultation, and in-person attendance at key events.
Campus Partnership Acquisition – Lead the acquisition of new campus partners by establishing student organizations, recruiting and mentoring student leaders, and coordinating initial fundraising efforts.
Data and Systems Management – Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, DonorDrive, and related platforms. Forecast revenue, manage event pages, and analyze performance data to drive strategic decisions.
Team Collaboration and Learning – Contribute to the collective success of the Campus Programs team by sharing insights, trends, and best practices. Present at national conferences, webinars, and regional retreats as needed.
Additional Duties
Collaborate with the Foundation Partnerships team to ensure coordinated communication and coaching efforts with member hospitals.
Support strategic retreats, fundraising push days, and main events for priority programs.
Provide input into individual budget planning and monitor expenses to ensure ROI.
Participate in continuous learning and development opportunities to stay informed on trends in fundraising, volunteer management, and youth engagement.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in fundraising, nonprofit leadership, program management, or a related field, with demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent initiatives and building strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
Direct experience participating in campus programs as a student leader and/or serving as an advisor supporting university- or hospital-based campus programs.
Additional Requirements
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel independently to support meetings, trainings, and events.
Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends as needed to support campus events and activities.
Ability to travel regularly, including moderate overnight travel of approximately 10–50 nights annually.
