Design, develop, and deploy MuleSoft APIs and integrations using Mule 4 and API-led connectivity. Responsibilities include creating technical documentation, implementing DataWeave transformations, and managing the API lifecycle via Anypoint Platform.
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy MuleSoft APIs and integrations using Mule 4.
Design REST APIs using RAML and publish APIs/assets to Anypoint Exchange.
Develop System, Process, and Experience APIs following API-led Connectivity.
Prepare Technical Design Documents (TDD) and technical documentation.
Build integrations using MuleSoft connectors such as Database, File/SFTP, HTTP, REST, SOAP, JMS, and other enterprise connectors.
Develop DataWeave transformations for JSON, XML, CSV, and Flat Files.
Implement robust exception handling, logging, and monitoring following MuleSoft best practices.
Work with Anypoint Platform components including API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange, and CloudHub.
Perform unit testing using MUnit and support SIT/UAT activities.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA, and cross-functional teams.
Participate in code reviews, production deployments, and application support.
Work with CI/CD pipelines using Git, Maven, and Jenkins/Azure DevOps.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Mule 4.
Experience in RAML, APIKit, DataWeave 2.0, REST & SOAP Web Services.
Hands-on experience with Database, File, SFTP, HTTP, JMS, and other MuleSoft connectors.
Good understanding of API security, API policies, and API lifecycle management.
Experience in error handling, logging frameworks, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD processes.
Mandatory Certificate
MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 1 (Mule 4).
Preferred Skills
Experience with FME integrations and AWS services is an added advantage.
