Rainmaker Loan Officer: Bring Your Book, Build Your Pod

You don't wait for leads. Realtors, builders, CPAs and past clients send you deals because you close. Your phone rings because of you, not because a company bought a list.

Now you want more than your own pipeline. You want a team that runs the way you run, and you want to get paid on it.

This is a producing pod leader role at Satori Mortgage. You keep originating your own deals, and you build and lead a pod of LOs who learn to generate business the way you do. You earn override on your pod's production on top of your own. No desk job, no pushing paper. The best leaders in this business still close.

Who this is for:

You generate your own business. Most of your funded loans came from relationships you built, not leads you were handed. You could take an application this week.
You move fast. When a partner calls, you call back now. When a deal gets hard, you find a way to fund it.
You want to build something. A pod with your name on it, full of LOs who hit their numbers because you showed them how.
You lead by example. Your pod will watch your pipeline, not your title. You set the standard by hitting it yourself.
You know a file. You have real command of Fannie, Freddie and AUS, so you save deals and teach your pod to save theirs.

What you step into:

No income caps on your personal production, plus pod override on top.
50+ lenders and a full broker product shelf, so you can say yes to more of your partners' buyers.
Systems, onboarding and training already built by a working loan officer. You lead people through a playbook that works instead of writing one.
A national community of about 50 producing LOs sharing wins market by market.
A Slack where questions get answered in about five minutes, even on weekends, so your pod isn't waiting on you for every answer.

We've been doing this 20+ years (NMLS 4190). Our CEO and President still fund loans every day. Leadership here means staying in the trenches.

The honest part: if you need leads handed to you, this isn't your seat. This is for producers who already make it rain and want to multiply it through a team.
