About the role
As a Monitoring Assistant, you are the early-warning system for our operations team. You will review staff activity, screenshots, and work patterns to identify red flags before they become client problems.
This is not a passive role.
It requires judgment, attention to detail, and the confidence to flag issues clearly and accurately.
What you'll do
- Review daily Hubstaff screenshots and activity logs
- Identify productivity, focus, and compliance red flags
- Distinguish normal work variation from real issues
- Document findings clearly and consistently
- Flag concerns to Account Managers with context, not guesses
- Follow monitoring SOPs exactly while using sound judgment
- Maintain confidentiality at all times

- Prior QA, monitoring, or operations experience is a plus
