Middle Project Manager

We are looking for a Middle Project Manager to join a team delivering innovative HR technology solutions for a global leader in Human Capital Integrity services, specializing in background screening and medical screening solutions.

In this role, you will drive the successful delivery of medium to large-scale software development projects within an Agile environment, ensuring predictable execution, effective stakeholder collaboration, and continuous process improvement.

Core skills you’ll bring

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master, with a proven track record of successfully delivering medium-to-large-scale IT projects.

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and industry-standard project management practices.

• Solid understanding of project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, communication, risk, and stakeholder management.

• Experience with project planning, tracking, reporting, performance measurement, and project financial management, including P&L fundamentals.

• Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, mitigate, escalate, and resolve project risks and critical issues.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organizational planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environments.

• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Nice-to-have

• Experience in HR Technology, background screening, compliance, healthcare, or similar regulated industries.

• Experience working with international clients and distributed teams.

• Knowledge of forecasting, capacity planning, release planning, and delivery metrics (e.g., velocity, throughput, cycle time, WIP, lead time).

• Understanding of business development, commercial discussions, and client account growth opportunities.

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Scrum Master, Agile, PMP, or similar project management certifications.

The impact you'll create

• Lead and coordinate software development projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, budget, quality, and delivery goals.

• Facilitate Agile delivery processes and ceremonies, ensuring effective ways of working and clear sprint objectives, priorities, dependencies, and expectations.

• Monitor project and sprint progress, proactively managing risks, blockers, impediments, and critical issues to maintain a predictable delivery pace.

• Track delivery metrics and drive continuous improvement of team processes, delivery flow, and project outcomes.

• Support forecasting, resource planning, and release planning based on team capacity and delivery performance.

• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, QA, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and communication.

• Build strong client relationships, provide transparent project reporting, and identify opportunities to support account growth.
