Experience and Qualifications
- BS in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
- 5+ years of related structural design and/or analysis experience
- PE/SE license is a strong plus
- Proficiency with relevant software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM
- Experience mentoring and training employees
- Proven experience leading projects, supporting proposal efforts, and interfacing with clients
- Ability to work well within a team environment, demonstrating a positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to multitask and produce high-quality work
- A strong desire to learn and grow professionally
