What you will be doing:

We are seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer to create engaging, high-impact visual content that brings our brand to life. In this role, you'll transform complex business concepts into compelling motion graphics for marketing campaigns, events, social media, and digital presentations.

Working closely with our creative team, you'll contribute to the full creative process—from concept development and storyboarding to animation and final delivery—helping produce content that captures attention and drives engagement.

Responsibilities 

• Design and animate short-form marketing assets, including social media content, promotional videos, event graphics, presentation visuals, and digital advertisements.

• Develop motion graphics from both existing creative briefs and self-generated concepts.

• Create dynamic animations featuring kinetic typography, shape-driven transitions, character animation, and branded visual storytelling.

• Collaborate with motion designers, art directors, video producers, copywriters, and graphic designers to deliver high-quality creative assets.

• Prepare and optimize design assets for animation workflows and multi-channel distribution.

• Maintain consistency with established brand guidelines while contributing fresh creative ideas.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 years of professional experience in motion graphics design, preferably in an agency, corporate creative team, or fast-paced studio environment.

• Expert-level proficiency with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Strong working knowledge of Figma for design collaboration, asset preparation, and layout development.

• Experience creating reusable motion graphics templates (MoGRTs) for After Effects and Premiere Pro.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating:

• Kinetic typography

• Motion-driven storytelling

• Shape-based animation and transitions

• Character animation

• Vibrant, modern visual design

• Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment and overlap with Pacific Time Zone working hours.

Nice to Have

• Experience with web animation technologies such as LottieFiles and Rive.

• Familiarity with animation optimization for web and digital platforms.

• Experience supporting marketing, event, or corporate branding initiatives.
