What you will be doing:

We are seeking a Mid Full Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable, production-grade software solutions. This role requires a strong backend foundation combined with modern frontend development expertise. You'll work across the entire application stack, integrating external systems, solving complex technical challenges, and contributing to the architecture of reliable, event-driven applications.

The ideal candidate is a self-driven engineer who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is comfortable owning features from design through production.

Required Skills & Experience

• Mid-level experience building production software

• Strong foundations of software architecture. 

• Strong backend engineering experience with Python and FastAPI, 

• Strong Experience with PostgreSql writing queries, optimizing, etc. 

• Strong frontend experience with TypeScript, React, or comparable frameworks

• Practical experience with event-driven or event-sourced systems, including projections or read models

• Experience integrating external APIs or third-party systems

• Ability to debug complex issues across multiple parts of a system

• Strong communication skills and comfort working independently in a small team

• Experience with AWS, containers, infrastructure as code, or cloud deployments

• Experience with monorepos, strict build systems, CI/CD, or automated testing, IAC with terraform or similar. 

• Experience with observability practices such as structured logs, metrics, tracing,

• dashboards, and alerts

• Willingness to learn new technologies. 

• Analytical and systematic approach.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills 

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience in logistics, freight brokerage, 3PL, supply chain, transportation, or other

operational software environments
