About The Opportunity

AllShore Talent is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultant to support several client environments for Tricension. This is an ongoing, low-volume engagement suited to someone who can independently investigate requests, make enhancements and modifications, and provide support when needed.

The specific Dynamics 365 applications in scope are being confirmed. We welcome candidates who specialize in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Business Central, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related Dynamics applications. Please be clear about which applications you have supported directly.

What you’ll do

• Investigate and resolve issues in existing Dynamics 365 environments.

• Assess requests for enhancements or modifications and recommend a practical approach.

• Configure, develop, or coordinate changes within your area of Dynamics expertise.

• Test changes and communicate outcomes clearly to the Tricension team.

• Document work so requests can be supported and maintained over time.

• Provide occasional support across more than one client environment, as your expertise allows.
  

Engagement: Part-time consulting, as needed
Hours: A few hours per month, with the exact volume to be confirmed

What we’re looking for

• Hands-on experience supporting and modifying at least one Microsoft Dynamics 365 application.

• Examples of changes you have delivered in a live client or business environment.

• Ability to troubleshoot independently and explain technical issues to stakeholders.

• Experience working directly with client requests, including clarifying requirements and estimating effort.

• Availability for a small number of hours each month on an as-needed basis.

• Experience with custom development, integrations, Power Platform, or the wider Microsoft ecosystem may be useful, depending on the client environments.
