Responsibilities
- Work closely with manufacturing team to ensure high yield and smooth production.
- Perform failure analysis on defective products for continuous quality improvement.
- Carry out engineering projects to improve manufacturing yield, cost and quality.
- Lead AOS projects to manage component obsolescence and maintain supply continuity
- Support new product launches.
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Telecommunications Engineering.
- Good knowledge in RF testing/equipment, analog RF circuit design and RF applications.
- Knowledge of problem solving/troubleshooting techniques and root cause analysis.
- Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Knowledge on PCA circuitry design, LEAN, Six Sigma, and FMEA will be added advantage.
