We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Meta Ads Specialist to support Getting Attention’s digital marketing efforts through strategic paid social campaigns. This part-time role focuses on planning, launching, and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns that help nonprofit organizations increase visibility, drive conversions, and grow their impact. As the service expands, this position has the potential to scale into a full-time opportunity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, launch, and manage Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
Monitor campaign performance and optimize targeting, creative, bidding strategies, and budgets to maximize results
Conduct audience research and build targeted campaigns aligned with client goals
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations
Collaborate with internal teams to align ad strategies with broader marketing and fundraising objectives
Support the creation and testing of ad copy, creative assets, and landing page recommendations
Stay informed on Meta platform updates, advertising best practices, and industry trends
Contribute to the refinement and growth of Getting Attention’s paid advertising services for nonprofit clients
This is a work-from-home setup
Target of 42.5 billable hours per week
Works during US EST business hours
Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role
2+ years of experience managing and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns
Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and campaign performance analysis
Experience developing paid social strategies that drive measurable results, including lead generation, conversions, and audience growth
Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing spend for maximum return on investment
Familiarity with audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing, and conversion tracking
Experience supporting B2B, nonprofit, agency, or mission-driven organizations is a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining campaign quality and accuracy
Strong self-starter with an ownership mindset; comfortable making informed decisions within established guidelines, navigating ambiguity, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.

Paid vacation time
20 days accrued annually
These paid days off each equate to 8.0 hours of billable time.
Expect to use 5 of the days during the Christmas – New Year’s period.

Once per year in December, you can cash out any accrued life leave time. Every 5 days your cash out is worth about $300.
*Life Leave allows team members to use their holidays as it’s meant to be – a break – whilst knowing they’ve got the breathing space to tap into extra leave for the planned and unplanned life moments.
