MES/MOM Consultant - USA - Remote

This is a remote position.

Manufacturers need MES/MOM consultants to connect production execution, quality, downtime, OEE, traceability, and shop-floor workflows with ERP and analytics platforms.

What the consultant will do

·       Implement, support, or optimize MES/MOM systems for manufacturing execution and shop-floor visibility.

·       Map ISA-95 aligned processes across ERP, MES, SCADA, PLC, quality, maintenance, and warehouse systems.

·       Support requirements, configuration, interfaces, testing, training, and go-live activities.

·       Work on OEE, downtime, quality, traceability, batch/lot tracking, and production reporting.

·       Coordinate with plant teams, OT engineers, IT, and vendors.

Required qualifications

·       Experience with MES/MOM implementation, support, or shop-floor process design.

·       Understanding of production execution, quality, traceability, downtime, OEE, and integration with ERP/SCADA.

·       Ability to work with plant operations and technical teams.

Preferred qualifications

·       Experience with Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, Apriso, AVEVA/Wonderware, GE Proficy, Ignition, or similar.

·       Experience with SAP, D365, Oracle, Epicor, EDI, OPC UA, MQTT, historians, or Power BI.

·       Experience in discrete, process, batch, food, pharma, packaging, automotive, or medical device manufacturing.
