Position Overview

AO Globe Life is hiring a Member Protection Consultant to work remotely with individuals, families, and eligible member groups seeking information about insurance coverage. You will guide clients through a professional needs-based process and help them understand life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients using company-provided warm leads

• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations

• Identify client needs through active listening and thoughtful questions

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance coverage

• Answer client questions and provide clear next steps

• Follow up consistently to support a positive client experience

• Maintain organized records and professional communication

• Attend regular training and coaching sessions

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
