About the Role
Join BCD M&E as a Meeting Coordinator and help bring Life Sciences meetings to life in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. You’ll partner closely with a Meeting Manager to keep programs moving smoothly from kickoff through closeout, with a strong focus on attendee experience, data accuracy, and compliance. This is a great role for someone who loves details, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives when juggling multiple moving pieces. If you’re excited by structured planning, cross-functional teamwork, and meaningful work that supports HCP-attended meetings, you’ll fit right in.

You’re Good At

  • Keeping multiple meetings on track at once while staying organized, flexible, and deadline-focused
  • Managing registration, attendee communications, travel coordination, and program materials with strong attention to detail
  • Handling sensitive attendee and HCP data in a secure, accurate, and compliance-minded way
  • Building strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams while providing great customer support

You Might Also Have

  • 1–5 years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, event planning, or registration/data management
  • Experience supporting Life Sciences or HCP-attended meetings in a structured, quality-focused environment
  • Cvent experience to manage event builds, reporting, attendee data, and registration best practices
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting, data comparisons, and formulas
  • A BS/BA degree and a genuine interest in growing your career in meetings and events
  • A positive, team-first attitude and a collaborative approach to getting great work done.

  • This role is virtual and will operate within the Central or Eastern time zone.

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25% 

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Meeting Coordinator  is between $52,500 - $65,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
