The Medication History Pharmacy Technician at PipelineRx (now a part of Evernorth Health Services) supports Remote Pharmacy Services by collecting and documenting accurate patient medication histories, assisting pharmacists, and performing related clinical and administrative tasks.
Shift:
You will be required to work anywhere from 3a - 11p, Sun – Sat.
We have both full time shifts and part time shifts we are looking to fulfill.
Main Duties
Gather and verify complete medication lists and patient allergies.
Document all medication details in electronic records.
Interview patients/caregivers and consult pharmacists to resolve discrepancies.
Assist with quality assurance data, clinical services, order handling, and support pharmacists with data entry and insurance claims.
Qualifications
State Pharmacy Technician License
National Pharmacy Technician Certification required.
2+ years Pharmacy Technician experience; 1+ year with Medication Reconciliation/History in hospitals.
Preferred: Prescription data entry and project coordination experience.
Strong computer skills
Experience with Epic, Cerner and/or MediTech.
Ability to work independently or within a team.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and technology skills; emergency availability.

As part of Evernorth Health Services, this role supports CarepathRx within
our Pharmacy and Care Delivery organization. Our team focuses on
specialty pharmacy and infusion services in partnership with hospitals and
health systems.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
