🔍 Key Responsibilities
•     Accurately document patient history, physical exams, assessments, and treatment plans during live clinical visits
•     Transcribe verbal notes and update electronic health records (EHR) with precision
•     Review and edit medical documents for completeness and consistency
•     Assist with coding and billing documentation under provider guidance
•     Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
•     Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to streamline documentation processes
•     Track and manage patient follow-ups, referrals, and test results as needed
🎯 Qualifications
•     High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related field preferred)
•     Prior experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus
•     Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy
•     Proficiency in EHR systems and typing (minimum 60 WPM recommended)
•     Excellent listening, communication, and multitasking skills
•     Ability to work in fast-paced environments with accuracy and discretion
