Pay Range: $20.23 - $24.07/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5:30PM Pacific Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high call volumes and communicate professionally with patients, provider offices, and insurance companies.
- Schedule and pre-register outpatient procedures.
- Obtain and verify insurance, demographic, and clinical information.
- Follow compliance and authorization requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of medical office experience.
- Knowledge of radiology procedures, insurance, scheduling, and medical terminology.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to navigate between multiple software systems, experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience with remote work.
