Implement the Medical Affairs strategy in Central Europe and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Support clinical development, new product launches, and provide scientific expertise to internal business partners.
Responsible for the regional implementation of the Medical Affairs strategy in Central Europe (specifically in specifically in D/A/CH). Supporting the Medical Director with Medical Affairs activities (e.g. advisory boards, KOL management). Being responsible for special strategic Medical programs across Europe. Supporting HEOR and Commercial Operations (sales and marketing) in their region. This position reports to the Sr. Medical Director International. The incumbent works home office based and should be based close to a major transport hub due to the significant travel requirements.

Experience: 3 year plus in an MSL or Medical Advisor role. Experience in Oncology and rare diseases preferred.
Education: PhD, MD, or PharmD.
- Build advocacy for company products and research activities among KOLs, including physicians, key academic centres, professional organizations, patient advocacy groups, hospital administration and payers.
- Prepare and communicate scientific and medical information. Lecture at scientific meetings. Participate in advisory boards. Conduct face to face KOL meetings. Implement communication activities at local and global congresses.
- Support clinical development activity including providing support to ongoing/new clinical trials.
- Support new launch activities.
- Provide responses to scientific requests.
- Represent company at relevant congress
- Provide input in Medical Affairs and Brand Strategy
- Support the strategic Publication Plan
- Support internal education with clinical data communication and knowledge transfer
- Provide scientific expertise to internal business partners. Clinical Development, Research & Development, Health Economics & Reimbursement, and Sales & Marketing.
