Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Media Buyer to join the team and take ownership of planning, launching, managing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital channels.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on media buying experience, is highly analytical, and understands how to scale campaigns while maintaining strong performance and profitability. Strong experience with Meta Ads is important, while TikTok Ads experience is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant paid media channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and other key performance metrics.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively and allocate spend based on campaign performance and business objectives.
• Develop and execute testing strategies across audiences, creatives, placements, offers, and campaign structures.
• Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitability.
• Analyse campaign and funnel performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad concepts and provide feedback based on performance data.
• Set up and maintain accurate tracking, attribution, pixels, and conversion events.
• Produce clear performance reports and communicate campaign insights, results, and recommendations.
• Stay up to date with advertising platform changes, emerging trends, and new paid media opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional media buying or paid advertising experience.
• Strong hands-on experience managing and optimising Meta Ads campaigns.
• Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets and scaling successful campaigns.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CPC, CPM, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, creative testing, and campaign optimisation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable decisions.
• Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, pixels, and analytics.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment where results are measured against clear KPIs.
• Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on TikTok Ads experience.
• Experience with Google Ads or additional paid media platforms.
• Experience managing campaigns across multiple brands, products, or client accounts.
• Familiarity with landing page optimisation and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
• Experience working closely with creative teams to develop and test performance-focused advertising assets.
