📝 Short Description
We're looking for a detail-obsessed Ad QA / Quality Control Specialist to support our client's Media Buying team. This is not a media buying role, it's an accuracy and process role focused on catching errors before ads go live, verifying links and destinations, and reviewing incoming creative content so the Media Buyer can focus on campaign strategy and optimization instead of repetitive checks.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Review ads before launch to confirm everything is correct and functioning properly.

• Catch errors and issues before they reach the client or go live.

• Verify URLs and destinations, making sure links point to the correct landing pages.

• Identify broken or incorrect links.

• Review incoming creative/ad content, confirming all required information and assets are present.

• Flag issues or missing pieces early to keep approved content moving through the process.

• Take repetitive QA and processing work off the Media Buyer's plate so they can focus on campaign management and optimization.

✅ Qualifications

• Extremely detail-oriented, with a strong ability to spot small inconsistencies.

• Organized, process-driven, and comfortable following checklists and SOPs.

• Reliable and consistent, able to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy.

• Comfortable handling multiple ads/assets at once in a repetitive QA environment.

• Background in Ad Operations, Digital Marketing Coordination, Paid Media Coordination, Media Operations, Campaign QA, Ad QA, Marketing Operations, Digital QA, Traffic/Ad Operations, or as a Junior Media Buyer with strong QA experience.

• Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms is a plus, advanced media buying expertise is not required.
