The Measures Developer is responsible for designing, programming, and maintaining electronic healthcare quality measures using SQL, CQL, and Python. They will also perform data mapping, validation, and root cause analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
Under limited supervision, the Quality Measures Developer provides advanced analytic and technical expertise in the development, programming, implementation, validation, and maintenance of electronic quality measures within healthcare settings. Responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and validating healthcare quality measures by interpreting specifications, mapping clinical data, performing testing and quality reporting analysis, and programming measure logic using SQL, CQL, Python, and other applicable programming languages and healthcare data standards. Write, debug, and enhance code and automated processes to capture, process, validate, and analyze electronic healthcare quality data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and reporting readiness.
