The MDM Architect will design and implement enterprise Master Data Management solutions while defining the overall strategy and implementation roadmap. They will collaborate with stakeholders to establish data governance, integration processes, and data quality standards.

Overview :
We are looking for an experienced MDM Architect to design and implement enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MDM architecture, data modeling, data governance, and enterprise integration, with a strong understanding of Insurance domain data models.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess current data, integration, and governance maturity.
- Define MDM strategy, architecture, and implementation roadmap.
- Identify master data domains, source-of-truth systems, and authoring systems.
- Design logical and physical MDM architecture.
- Define data integration, CRUD processes, and downstream data consumption.
- Design entity matching, merging, survivorship, and data quality processes.
- Evaluate Buy vs. Build MDM solutions.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver enterprise MDM solutions.
Requirements
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience as an MDM Architect or MDM Data Modeler.
- Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM, Reltio, Profisee, Semarchy xDM, or custom-built MDM solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Insurance Party Data Model and enterprise master data concepts.
- Experience with data quality, match/merge, and survivorship processes.
- Strong SQL, ETL, Python, PySpark, and AWS/Azure experience.
- Excellent data modeling, architecture, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with data governance and metadata management.
- Exposure to Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric.
- Knowledge of API-based integrations and Agile delivery.
- Insurance domain experience is highly preferred.
