Job DetailsJob Location: MO, Jefferson City - Missouri Regional Office - JEFFERSON CITY, MO 65109Position Type: Full-TimeEducation Level: High School Diploma/GEDJob Shift: DayJob Category: Administrative & ClericalCenturion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Missouri Department of Corrections.  We are currently seeking a full-time Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Coordinator to join our Missouri Regional Office Team in located in Jefferson City, Missouri.  The Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Coordinator provides coordination of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) services for statewide contract by overseeing referral process, coordinating telehealth services in conjunction with telehealth coordinator and site healthcare staff, ensuring appropriate laboratory tests are ordered in a timely fashion, providing guidance to site nursing staff, and providing regular reports to the appropriate Assistant Division Directors for Missouri Department of Corrections and Centurion statewide leadership. Serves as a statewide subject matter expert for the delivery of MAT services.  While primarily a remote position, some travel is required. Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program of Nursing, Human Services, Social Services, or Criminal Justice program, preferred.
