Overview: Transplant demand generation execution

This role will drive, implement, monitor, and measure results of marketing activities to advance our mission, strategic plan and business objectives. The Specialist will be involved in the strategic evaluation and tactical execution of marketing activities, which may include advertising, collateral development, digital marketing, media, and content assessment. The specialist demonstrates a strong understanding of marketing, critical thinking, and strategic counseling. and changing environment.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of marketing experience including demand generation

• Must possess the ability to inspire trust and confidence, and maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Must be able to work independently and collaboratively to prioritize and drive forward multiple projects.

• Must possess high personal motivation supporting a strong work ethic, flexibility, and creativity.

• This role must work with multiple tools including AI, the Adobe tools suite and knowledge of Agile processes is preferred.

• This role also works with complexity, drives strategic influence, and interfacing with the practice.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Rochester, MN.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
