We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to support the strategy, planning, and execution of creator-focused marketing campaigns in Indonesia. This role is centred on growing viewership, strengthening the creator ecosystem, and bringing local campaigns and activations to life for short-form video products and related creator initiatives.
You’ll work across campaign planning, activation delivery, stakeholder coordination, agency management, and performance tracking – helping turn strategic priorities into well-executed programmes that build momentum over time. This role is ideal for someone who understands creator culture, thrives in execution, and knows how to balance localisation, scale, and performance in a fast-moving environment.
Campaign Planning, Activation & Execution
- Support the strategy, planning, and execution of creator-focused marketing campaigns and activations in Indonesia, ensuring they align with overarching marketing objectives.
- Help bring local programmes and community moments to life, including creator activations, seasonal campaigns, partnership-led events, and audience-growth initiatives.
- Translate complex ideas and strategic priorities into clear activation plans, campaign workflows, and actionable next steps.
- Identify opportunities to localise global or regional initiatives for the Indonesian market while considering how successful ideas can scale.
Stakeholder & Agency Management
- Build strong working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, partnerships, community, and other internal teams.
- Coordinate closely with external partners, including creative, production, research, and event agencies, to ensure work is delivered smoothly and to a high standard.
- Act as a connector across local, regional, and global teams, keeping communication clear, proactive, and solutions-focused.
- Provide thoughtful feedback to stakeholders and partners, helping improve both campaign delivery and collaboration over time.
Performance, Testing & Optimisation
- Track campaign performance to understand what is working, what needs refining, and how execution can improve over time.
- Support the implementation of measurement and optimisation approaches that improve efficiency, performance, and return on investment.
- Help run pilots and test-and-learn initiatives, gathering insights, analysing results, and turning findings into practical recommendations.
- Capture and share key learnings, best practices, and market insights across local, regional, and global teams.
About You
- You have experience in marketing, campaign management, community marketing, creator programmes, partnerships, or activation delivery, ideally in a digital, media, entertainment, tech, or platform environment.
- You’re confident managing campaigns from planning through to execution, with strong attention to detail and the ability to keep multiple moving parts on track.
- You understand how to balance local nuance, community relevance, and performance goals in market-facing marketing work, particularly in fast-moving consumer or creator ecosystems.
- You’re comfortable working with data and campaign results, and know how to turn performance signals into recommendations, optimisations, and next steps.
- You bring strong stakeholder-management skills and know how to work effectively across internal teams, external agencies, and multiple approval layers.
- Exposure to creator campaigns, community-building initiatives, or partnership-led programmes is a strong plus.
- Experience working across local, regional, and global teams in a matrixed environment would be highly beneficial.
- You are proactive, organised, and calm under pressure, with a bias for action and a willingness to test, learn, and optimise as you go.
- Experience working with creator ecosystems, community activations, short-form video, youth-facing digital products, or agency partners across creative, research, production, or event delivery.
