Marketing Project Manager (Remote)

Location: Remote (U.S.-based; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST preferred)Job Type: ContractCompensation Range: $40 - 45 per hourWe are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Marketing Project Manager to support the execution of a strategic corporate rebranding initiative. Serving as a tactical engine across two primary workstreams, you will manage day-to-day tasks, track project milestones, and ensure brand governance across a complex, fast-moving enterprise. The ideal candidate blends an understanding of marketing with exceptional "in-the-weeds" project tracking. Responsibilities:Workstream & PM Support: Partner closely with the Rebrand PM to track cross-functional dependencies, update project plans, manage task lists, and follow up on outstanding action items.Asset Management & Governance: Oversee the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform to ensure new logos, templates, and digital assets are organized and launch-ready.Brand Compliance: Help audit internal and external channels to ensure consistent application of the new visual identity.Workflow Optimization: Utilize Smartsheet and Microsoft Teams to manage project timelines, update risk/decision logs, and document processes.Meeting & Enablement Support: Facilitate and document project meetings, track action items, and assist in developing internal brand training materials and playbooks.
