Marketing Project Manager (Remote)

This role involves merging and rebranding profit centers within a structured PMO environment. The ideal candidate is a highly autonomous PM with a disciplined, PMI-based approach to project execution and a background in the insurance industry. Responsibilities:Project Leadership: Drive complex rebrand projects from initiation to completion within a formal PMO structure.Planning & Execution: Build and maintain rigorous project plans in Smartsheet, tracking scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies.Governance: Own all project documentation (charters, status reports, risk/decision logs) using Confluence and PMO templates.Stakeholder Management: Facilitate kickoffs and status meetings, navigating competing priorities and communicating confidently with senior leadership.Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify roadblocks and drive resolutions to keep timelines on track.
