Intro / Job Brief

A successful Marketing Project Coordinator is a member of our Marketing Team who will work to execute campaigns in support of our company goals, from conception through to completion. The MPC is an experienced Project Coordination professional with demonstrable marketing and interpersonal skills. As a Coordinator, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. Ultimately, you should be able to complete pre-established marketing initiatives to maintain and promote our relationships with past, current, and future clients. It is noteworthy that our company is incredibly data-driven and analytical, so our marketing functions are, as well. The MPC reports to the Marketing Execution and Campaigns Manager. 

Responsibilities

  1. Collaborating with the Manager, make smart, written campaign plans (including milestones, deliverables, budget, and schedule). Further, ensure that all activities in the plan happen in a timely manner, carefully document scope creep, and compare plan to performance.
  2. Track campaign related budgets and expenses.
  3. Coordinate industry events to include planning, promotion, and execution.
  4. Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations of campaigns and webinars and report on outcomes.
  5. Conduct market research, gather information, and present ideas for future campaigns and / or improvements to existing campaigns.
  6. Create content: case studies, blog posts, and articles.
  7. Create email marketing and social media posts in service to agreed upon campaign plans.

Qualifications

  1. 1-3 years of experience in digital, relationship, or content marketing, client development, event planning, and / or PR.
  2. 1-3 years demonstrated progression in marketing skills.
  3. 1-3 years demonstrated progression in project coordination / project management. 
  4. Excellent time management and communication skills. Unquestionable integrity and a desire to do awesome work. 
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects independently, yet coordinating with a diverse team and client base.
  6. CRM experience is preferred.

**Position is fully remote with preference given to candidates in the Phoenix, AZ area for the convenience of occasional in-person training and collaboration.
