Bridge is building a focused, high-impact marketing team, and the Marketing Programs Manager is the operational engine that keeps it running. Reporting to the VP Marketing and partnering closely with our Product Marketing and Demand Generation leads, this role owns the programs, systems, and execution that turn strategy into delivered results. You will be the connection between teams, vendors, and channels — making sure our events run flawlessly, our website performs, our content ships on time, and our marketing operations are measurable and reliable.
This is a builder’s role for someone who is equally comfortable owning the details of a complex event and standing up the systems and processes that let a small team scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Events- Source, plan, manage, and execute the full calendar of marketing events — trade shows, conferences, webinars, field events, and customer gatherings — from concept through post-event follow-up.
- Own event logistics end to end: budgets, timelines, vendor and venue management, registration, staffing, collateral, and on-site execution.
- Partner with Demand Generation to capture, route, and report on event-sourced leads and pipeline.
- Measure event ROI and continuously refine the event mix based on performance.
Website Management- Serve as the day-to-day owner of the company website — content updates, page builds, landing pages, and ongoing maintenance.
- Coordinate with the design/creative agency on UX, design, and landing page creative.
- Manage SEO hygiene, site performance, and analytics instrumentation.
- Ensure the site stays current, on-brand, and aligned with active campaigns and launches.
Content Production- Direct the content production pipeline as a measurable program — prioritizing what gets produced against marketing goals, managing throughput and quality across contributors, and reporting on content performance and impact.
- Coordinate freelance content support and creative resources to deliver assets on time and on brand.
- Partner with Product Marketing on the production of customer stories, sales collateral, and launch content.
- Maintain a central content library and ensure version control and brand consistency.
Marketing Operations- Own and administer the marketing technology stack (e.g., marketing automation, CMS, CRM integration points).
- Build and maintain campaign workflows, lead routing, lifecycle stages, and data hygiene.
- Support reporting and attribution in partnership with Demand Generation, ensuring clean and reliable data.
- Document and improve marketing processes so a small team can operate efficiently and scale.
Vendor Coordination- Act as the primary point of contact and project manager for external partners — design/creative agency, freelancers, and event vendors.
- Manage scopes, timelines, deliverables, and budgets across vendors to keep work on track.
- Maintain vendor relationships and ensure work meets quality and brand standards.
Desired Skills, Education, and Experience:- 5+ years in marketing programs, marketing operations, events, or a closely related role — ideally in a B2B or technology environment.
- Proven track record managing events end to end, including logistics and budgets.
- Hands-on experience with website/CMS management and marketing automation/CRM tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating external agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
- Analytical mindset with comfort using data to measure and improve program performance.
- Excellent organization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- A self-starter who thrives in a lean, fast-moving team and is comfortable building process from scratch.
- Experience at an early-stage or scaling company where you helped stand up marketing systems.
- Familiarity with SEO, web analytics (e.g., GA4), and A/B testing.
- Basic HTML/CSS or no-code page-builder experience.
- Experience supporting ABM and demand generation programs.
This is primarily a remote/work-from-home role with some occasional travel with a salary range of $95,000-$110,000.
