Role Mission 

The Marketing Partnerships Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution and organization of cooperative marketing initiatives. You will work in close daily collaboration with the Marketing & Partner Relations Manager to ensure all cooperative (Co-Op) initiatives are organized, documented, and delivered.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Engagement & Campaign Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for gathering deliverables, marketing materials, and promotional details from hotel partners.
  • Support the "pitch" process by preparing high-quality marketing plans, pitch decks, and performance summaries for prospective partners.
  • Ensure all cooperative activities align with consortium guidelines (e.g., Virtuoso, Signature) and internal brand standards.

Marketing Operations & Project Management

  • Maintain and update internal project management tools (Asana, Canva, Paperform) to keep campaigns on track.
  • Manage the "Co-Op Grid," ensuring all active promotions and marketing commitments are documented and accessible.
  • Audit and validate incoming promotions to ensure they meet internal criteria before they are distributed to the sales team.

Reporting & Data Integrity

  • Compile and generate comprehensive post-campaign reports for partners, documenting reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Track and manage Co-Op contracts, ensuring all digital files and agreements are organized and legally compliant.
  • Monitor promotional performance to provide the Manager with data-backed insights for future planning.

General Support & Activations

  • Assist in the coordination of company events and on-site marketing activations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure they have the most up-to-date partner offers and marketing assets.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable managing repetitive tasks and structured workflows
  • Ability to work independently while following direction from leadership
  • Some familiarity with luxury hotels, marketing or the travel industry is a plus
  • Strong communication and project coordination skills
