AI Summary

Execute high-velocity on-page SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) updates to increase visibility in traditional and AI-driven search engines. Build and maintain high-performing landing pages and digital assets within the CMS while analyzing performance data to identify growth opportunities.

The opportunity
Join the Marketing Operations team as the ultimate execution engine behind our organic growth strategy. In this role, you will work directly with marketing leadership to translate high-level organic content strategies into reality.

In the short term, success looks like mastering our CMS, clearing out our optimization backlog, and building a flawless cadence for deploying web updates. Long term, you will scale our organic footprint, pioneering our execution framework for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and traditional SEO.

Your impact on the team will be immediate: by owning the high-velocity deployment of search campaigns and page updates, you will drastically accelerate our time-to-market. For you, this role offers an unparalleled opportunity to develop deep, highly sought-after technical skills in next-generation search strategy, data analysis, and modern marketing infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

  • High-Velocity Optimization: Execute on-page SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) updates across core web properties to maximize visibility in both traditional and AI-driven search engines.
  • Web Deployment: Build, format, and maintain high-performing landing pages and digital content assets within our Content Management System (CMS).
  • AI Search Readiness: Implement structured data, schema markup, and entity-optimization tactics designed specifically to help our content get cited by LLMs and AI search tools.
  • Opportunity Mapping: Analyze search performance data and site crawls to proactively identify content gaps, traffic decay, and quick-win growth opportunities.

What we're looking for

  • CMS Management: Proven experience modifying, building, and deploying pages within a modern Content Management System
  • Search Tool Fluency: Practical experience utilizing core search and analytics platforms (such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Profound) to extract actionable performance data.
  • Technical Search Mechanics: Functional understanding of on-page and technical SEO infrastructure, including metadata configuration, URL structures, and schema markup.
  • Data-to-Action Execution: Experience taking structured optimization guidelines or keyword data and systematically replicating those updates across high-volume batches of web pages.
  • Basic Web Literacy: Ability to read and modify foundational HTML/CSS elements to troubleshoot page formatting and layout issues independently.

You might also have

  • Experience working with generative AI tools or an understanding of how LLMs parse and synthesize web data.
  • Background in data manipulation (e.g., advanced Excel/Sheets formulas) to help automate the mapping of large-scale URL redirects or keyword updates.
  • A unique professional or creative background that brings a fresh perspective to how we structure content and connect with audiences.
