Your mission
As our first Marketing Manager, you own marketing end-to-end — brand, demand generation, content and product marketing. This is a hands-on, full-stack marketing role where you build and run campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement. You report directly to the Head of GTM and work closely with Sales and Product to drive pipeline, build brand awareness and support product launches. You will build the marketing function alongside the Head of GTM.
- Plan, execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic, email, events) to generate qualified pipeline for Sales
- Develop and own Primefold's content strategy: blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, social media, newsletters; positioning Primefold as a leader in AI-native intelligence platforms
- Own positioning, messaging and launch materials for our products; create sales enablement assets (decks, one-pagers, battle cards) in close collaboration with Product and Sales
- Build and maintain a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints and channels
- Own the website as a conversion engine: manage content, landing pages and SEO to drive organic growth
- Track and report on marketing performance, pipeline contribution and ROI; use data to continuously improve campaigns and channel mix
- Plan and execute Primefold's presence at industry events, webinars and community initiatives
- Align marketing activity with the Head of GTM and Head of Sales on sales targets and go-to-market priorities
Your profile
- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, AI or technology companies
- Demonstrated experience across demand generation, content marketing and product marketing
- Experience working in start-up or SME environments (20+ employees)
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills in both German and English
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics)
- Hands-on experience with paid channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads) and SEO
- Direct experience managing Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram), including daily campaign management, audience targeting and performance optimization
- Comfort working with and leveraging AI tools in your marketing workflow
- Data-driven mindset: you measure what you do and iterate based on results
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously
