We're looking for a Senior Campaign Manager to own Pivotree's ABM and demand generation programs end-to-end. This isn't a coordinator role — you'll drive strategy, build and run campaigns, write copy, manage reporting, and work directly with our agency partners, BDR team, and sales to move accounts through pipeline. You'll report to the Director of Marketing and have real ownership over how we show up to target accounts.
This role sits at the center of our go-to-market motion: intent-driven account targeting, multi-channel outbound campaigns, and demand gen programs that generate and accelerate pipeline. You'll be working with a modern, well-built martech stack, and expected to know how to use it.
Pipeline generation from target accounts
ABM programs targeting named account lists — from account selection and tiering through campaign execution and BDR coordination
Demand gen campaigns across channels (outbound, paid, content, events) tied to measurable pipeline contribution
Campaign copy: ads, emails, landing pages, nurture sequences
Reporting: weekly and monthly pipeline attribution, campaign performance, signal monitoring
BDR-marketing alignment: briefing sequences, coordinating outreach timing, feeding signal data to reps
Campaign operations in HubSpot — list builds, workflows, scoring, attribution
Clay-powered enrichment and research workflows to support targeting and personalization
5+ years in B2B marketing, with a strong track record in both ABM and demand generation
Hands-on HubSpot experience
Familiarity with account intelligence tools
Comfort writing campaign copy (you don't need a copywriter for every asset)
A data-first approach to campaign decisions: you measure, you iterate, you report clearly
Experience coordinating with BDR and sales teams — you know how to brief a rep and run a campaign in parallel without friction
Background in B2B tech or SaaS
Experience with outbound sequencing tools (Amplemarket, Salesloft, Outreach)
LinkedIn paid campaign experience
Exposure to commerce, data management, or supply chain tech
Experience working alongside and supporting external SaaS partners
Track record of helping sales teams get more value out of industry events
Experience in managing agency relationships
