Job Title: Marketing Intern

Role Summary

The Marketing Intern will support the marketing team with PR, communications, events, social media, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a good communicator, organized, creative, and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across different areas of marketing and support the team in achieving business goals.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Support events, webinars, conferences, and sponsorship activities.
• Assist with marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, PR, and events.
• Write and edit marketing content, including emails, social media posts, and event materials.
• Help manage the social media calendar and track basic performance.
• Coordinate with team members to collect information and keep projects on track.
• Maintain marketing files, trackers, and shared documents.
• Work with teams across different regions and departments.
• Assist with basic marketing reports and campaign performance tracking.
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies when needed.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Strong English writing and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, global team environment across time zones and cultures.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality in both written and visual deliverables.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks from planning through execution.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles and familiarity with channels such as PR, events, email, and social media.
• Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, project tracking tools).
• Knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.) and content best practices is a plus.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation/CRM platforms is a plus.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
