We started by acquiring firms managing over $1B in client assets, which gave us real advisors, real clients, and real financial outcomes to build against from day one. But acquisition was the starting line. The bet is that an advisor backed by this platform delivers something good enough that clients come to us on their own.

The team

We're small on purpose. We're a team of 12 based out of NYC and we're engineering heavy with 8 engineers. We hail from high growth startups like Stripe, Ramp, Rippling, Plaid, Doordash, & Glean.

We're fully in-office in Flatiron, five days a week—lunch together, coffee breaks, basketball games, happy hours.

The role

Our marketing site and landing pages live in Framer — and they never sit still. We're constantly shipping new pages, testing ads, and tuning for conversion. You'll own that entire surface: design it, build it, ship it. No handoffs, no agency middle layer, no waiting on engineering. If the idea of taking a page from blank Framer canvas to live-and-converting in a single afternoon sounds fun, you'll feel at home here.

What you'll own

You'll own the full marketing surface end to end:

  • The marketing site and landing pages in Frame ( concept -> execution )

  • Same-day iterations as we test ads and tune conversion.

  • CMS, reusable components, and responsive layouts, with light animation where it helps.

Must-haves

  • Expert-level Framer. You know CMS, components, responsive design, and light interaction cold.

  • Conversion, not just craft. A track record of landing pages that move the numbers — with results you can speak to, not just sites that look good.

  • Fast and responsive. You turn changes around same-day and like working at that pace.

  • NYC-based, ideally. Remote US considered for the right person.

Engagement

Contract / hourly, part-time to start (a few hours a week, scaling as needed), roughly $120–150/hr. Send a portfolio with live Framer URLs you built end to end — ideally landing pages where you can speak to the conversion results.
